Community colleges aren’t generally considered institutions with strong liberal arts programs, but these schools generally have robust humanities offerings. One school in northern VA set out to understand the skills these courses were developing in their students and better communicate these skills. The result was a joint project between GWIPP and NOVA to identify and align skills developed in humanities classes to workforce using badges. The results can serve as a real world example for others to do the same.
