This session explores an innovative approach to translating military-earned skills into digital badges that educational institutions and employers can leverage highlighting the Manufacturing Readiness Project as a use case. Attendees will learn how the skills identification process supports smoother transitions for service members into civilian careers, showcases collaborative efforts between government and industry to enhance workforce development through digital badges, and fosters collaboration between education, industry, and veterans for scalable success.
