Inspired by the formats of Flat Stanley classroom projects for cultural exchange and traditional shadow puppet dinner theatre, this interactive session invites participants to explore the interconnected nature of the LER ecosystem by stepping into the shoes of various credentials to understand and experience the relationships along the lifetime of each credential.

What does it look like when innovative credentials are operationalized? Who plays which roles and when do they play them? Where are there invisible interdependencies? How do these interactions shape our ecosystem?

And what can you -- yes, you! -- do to be an active collaborator?

Learning Objectives:

LO1 Understand the Role of Stakeholders in the LER Ecosystem: Participants will gain a clear understanding of the various roles and responsibilities of stakeholders within the LER ecosystem, recognizing how their actions impact the broader network.

LO2 Explore the Interconnectedness of the LER Ecosystem: Attendees will explore the journey of credentials through the ecosystem, identifying key interactions between different systems (e.g., employers, educational institutions) and how these relationships shape the effectiveness and value of LERs.

LO3 Identify Actionable Steps to Enhance Ecosystem Collaboration: Participants will leave with practical strategies for leveraging their role in the ecosystem to foster collaboration, improve the flow of credentials, and contribute to a more cohesive and effective LER ecosystem.
