2025 Badge Summit

IBM has partnered with the Alabama Community College System, Bay Area Community College Consortium, Colorado Community College System, and Louisiana Community and Technical College System to scale access to Cybersecurity and Data Analytics training and certificate programs. These credentials were designed to include ACE recommended college credits and to align directly with in-demand jobs.  As the programs scale the IBM team is building a Talent Community to connect all credential earners with recruiters looking for people with their skills.  In this session we will examine IBM's end-to-end LER ecosystem approach to credential learning, help learners market their newly acquired skills, and develop a network of employers who can monitor and recruit from a national pipeline of certified talent.

We'll examine the challenges along the way - how to make data interoperable, how to capture employer attention, and most importantly how to inspire job seeker confidence and generate results.
