About me
At Digital Promise, Ashley helps guide partners through the process of designing, developing, and evaluating competency-based, equity-focused learning experiences for diverse sets of learners. Ashley resides in Columbus, Ohio, where she has worked to promote equitable access to higher education and economic mobility for residents of central Ohio for over a decade; first by leading Ohio State University’s Affordable Learning Exchange, a cross-campus initiative centered on promoting the adoption of open and affordable learning materials, and most recently by partnering with nonprofits, the City of Columbus, and state and local leaders to launch programs supporting digital inclusion efforts throughout the region. She is excited to broaden the scope of her impact and uplift learners who have been historically and systemically underserved by traditional educational systems.
