As an Online Learning Coordinator, Amber O’Casey serves as a project manager, consultant, and subject matter expert for developing and scaling micro-credentials across the Alamo Colleges District and its five independently accredited colleges: Northeast Lakeview College, Northwest Vista College, Palo Alto College, St. Philip’s College, and San Antonio College. Her focus is providing premiere online learning experiences that award verified digital credentials to empower learners to increase their economic and social mobility.
