Bobbi Vernon is the Senior Director of L&D at Global Skills X-Change. She is skilled in the development, delivery, administration, and accreditation of high-stakes certification programs and is a leading expert on assessment-based certificate programs. She chairs the Assessment-Based Certificate Accreditation Council for the Institute for Credentialing Excellence and serves on its Accreditation Services Council. Bobbi blends learning experience design, user experience, design thinking, business process improvement, and change management to architect credentialing portfolios and skills-centric learning products. Bobbi has her ICE-CCP, is Prosci certified, and earned the Expert Coach designation from ATD.
