About me
Caroline McKinnon is our Senior Program Manager of Adult Learning here at ISTE. Caroline has over 25 years of experience in domestic and international education, working with refugees and workforce development groups.
Caroline began work in ESL organizations in Latin America, working closely on curriculum and materials design alongside community colleges and nonprofit organizations to provide education access to those underserved globally. Caroline helped to shape language assessment metrics for the European Union and has published articles on the importance of trauma-informed practices in education.
