Collin Sullivan ’19, M.P.P. ’21 (he/him/his) is the Coordinator of Digital Credentialing at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology and Vice Provost for the Division of Professional Studies. In this role, Collin collaborates with faculty, staff, external campus partners, and students to develop high-quality microcredentials derived from courses, programs, or activities that offer authentic learning experiences and promote lifelong learning and engagement. His focus in digital credentialing emphasizes extracurricular and service learning experiences, enabling students to acquire meaningful competencies beyond traditional transcripts. Collin currently serves as a co-chair of the 1EdTech Digital Credential Innovation Leadership Network (ILN) and was awarded as a 1EdTech Leadership Award in 2023.
