About me
Dawn is a purpose-driven leader with more than 20 years of experience in the workforce development sector. She joined SkillsFWD after serving as the chief operations and equal opportunity officer at a prominent regional workforce board. Across her career, Dawn has crafted national workforce strategies that are regarded as national best practices. Her achievements include establishing a career and education center for young adults that recently graduated its 1,000th student and partnering with Fox and PBS television stations in the Pacific Northwest and Canada to create valuable career content that now reaches 2.3 million homes. Dawn enjoys transforming bold ideas into reality and supporting projects that enhance economic mobility. She is grateful the support of her spirited little dog, Jobe, and for the privilege of working alongside Madelyn, Lori, Rockefeller Philanthropic Advisors, and the extended network of partners, supporters and friends of SkillsFWD.
