Jessica Muth serves as the Director of Career Success Initiatives and faculty member in the Martin V. Smith School of Business and Economics at Cal State Channel Islands. With over a decade of experience in higher education and career development, she is deeply committed to enhancing educational and career outcomes for students. Holding a B.A. in Communication from Baylor University and an M.S. in Professional Counseling from Concordia University, Jessica combines her expertise in communication, counseling, and program design to create meaningful learning experiences. She is particularly focused on leveraging digital technology to enhance student engagement, communication, and career readiness, ensuring students are prepared for success in today’s dynamic professional landscape.
