2025 Badge Summit

Keying Chen discovered her passion for using media, technology, and design to facilitate learning during her study at Teachers College, Columbia University. With this passion, she has experience designing toolkits for K-12 educators and children in rural areas of China, creating learning experiences such as tours and games in informal settings, implementing MOOC courses, and researching collaborative blended learning opportunities for working professionals. At Digital Promise, she stays close to micro-credential platform users, listens to and translates their needs and frustrations into product work. With previous internships in the advertising and marketing industry, she also brings a sensitivity to content creation and user empathy. She finds joy in empowering others and effecting real change.
