Dr. Starks, a former educator and administrator based in St. Louis, Missouri, leads education strategy for the entire central region, spanning across 16 different states. Alongside his team of former educators, administrators, and superintendents, he works to provide equity and access to the most vulnerable student populations across the country. To date, they have successfully addressed the opportunity gap for over 6 million student households, offering support to districts, libraries, and their surrounding communities. Dr. Starks utilizes education research and best practices from across the nation, serving not only as a liaison but also as an ally to district decision-makers as they navigate decreasing budgets and increasing demands for additional resources.
