About me
I graduated from the University of Wrocław with a degree in Law and pursued studies at Universidad da Coruna in Spain. My academic focus centers on competence development in the workplace and the integration of new technologies in education. Currently, I am leading the systemic project "Micro-credentials - Piloting a new solution to support lifelong learning," which is co-financed by the European Union. As part of this initiative, I am actively involved in the development of the first Polish system for issuing digital badges in the Open Badges Standard. Additionally, I serve as a member of the council for the Intelligent Development Forum Foundation and am part of the Micro-credentials Team in the field of higher education under the Ministry of Education and Science. For the past decade, I have been delivering training sessions on workplace motivation. Personally, I interested in game theory, pre-Columbian culture, and theoretical physics.
