Meghan brings expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, durable skills, and performance assessment to Education Design Lab as an Education Designer working on the Skills Development and Validation team. She’s responsible for leading the improvement and expansion the Lab's skills validation tools, establishing a new suite of skills validation services, and leading the Skills Validation Network.
Prior to joining the Lab, Meghan served as a freelance educator, specializing in authentic learning and assessment, innovation, community engagement and adult development. She has led professional development for educators in more than 38 states! She is passionate about human-centered design and thrives in work environments where there is a balance of big ideas and practical solutions.
