About me
Natalie Wenzler is a dynamic, effective and transparent leader supporting and scaling partnerships, engaging diverse stakeholders, and connecting critical resources to launch strategic efforts in local, state, and national ecosystems. She is the Director of Partnerships and Training for the Institute for Workforce at the Indiana Chamber of Commerce focused on supporting employers to meet their talent needs. One approach includes supporting employers’ adopting skills-based hiring and talent management practices. She has worked with hundreds of companies nationally to attract and retain high quality talent removing barriers to diversify and grow the workforce.
