About me
Main focus is project management, process improvement and vendor management for the Office of the Registrar. Responsible for business product requirements. Work directly with Product Manager and team prioritizing business needs, providing metrics, setting up dashboards, etc. Manage relationships with our vendors for diplomas, transcripts, etc. Look for opportunities to improve processes outside of the product team, including vendor site used by our students.
